Direction: Student strengths of a college in Arts, Science and Commerce from 2004-2005 to 2007-2008 session are shown in the following bar graph. Study the graph and answer the questions that follow.

1. The ratio of average number of students in Science to the average number of students in Commerce is :

1. According to given bar graph , we have
Total number of students in Science ⇒ 400 + 400 + 450 + 500 = 1750
Total number of students in Commerce ⇒ 200 + 250 + 300 + 250 = 1000
Number of given years = 4
Required ratio = Average number of students in Science : Average number of students in Commerce

According to given bar graph , we have
Total number of students in Science ⇒ 400 + 400 + 450 + 500 = 1750
