Direction: The bar graph given here shows the number of job- seekers of a state in various years at different stages of education. Study the graph carefully and answer the questions based on it.

1. In which year, was the number of Matriculate job-seekers maximum?

1. On the basis of given graph in question ,
Year 1976 , Total number of job seekers = 3300
Number of Graduate and senior secondary job- seekers = 1800
∴ Number of Matriculate job- seekers = 3300 – 1800 = 1500
Year 1977 , Total number of job seekers = 4000
Number of Graduate and senior secondary job- seekers = 2200
∴ Number of Matriculate job- seekers =
4000 – 2200 = 1800 ⇒ maximum
