As per the given in question , we draw a figure of a circle with centre O in which PA and PB are two tangents

Given , ∠AOB = 110°
∠OAP = 90°
∠OBP = 90°
∴ ∠APB + ∠AOB + ∠OAP + ∠OBP = 360°
⇒ ∠APB + 110° + 90° + 90° = 360°
⇒ ∠APB = 180° – 110° = 70°
