and DE = 36 cm
∆ ABC ~ ∆ DEF

∴	AB	=	BC	=	AC
	DE		EF		DF

=	AB + BC + CA
	DE + EF + FA

⇒	AB	=	30
	DE		18

⇒	AB	=	30
	36		18

⇒ AB =	30 × 36	= 60 cm.
