On the basis of question we draw a figure of a circle with centre O ,

Given that , AB = 5√3 units
OA = 5 units
∠ OAB = 90°
∴ OB = √AB² + OA²
OB = √(5√3)² + 5²
OB = √75 + 25
OB = √100 = 10 units
∴ BC = OB – OC = 10 – 5 = 5 units
