On the basis of question we draw a figure of a circle with centre O ,

Given , ∠AOD = 100°
We know that the angle subtended at the centre is twice to that of angle at the circumference by the same arc .

∴ ∠ACD = ∠ACP =
100
= 50°

Again, ∠BOC = 70°
∴ ∠BAC =
70°
= 35° = ∠PAC
2

∴ ∠APC = 180° – 50° – 35° = 95°
