As per the given in question , we draw a figure of two circles touch each other externally at P ,

OA = OP
⇒ ∠PAB = ∠OPA = 35°
∴ ∠AOP = 110° ⇒ ∠POB = 70°

∴ ∠ABP =	180° - 70°	=	110°	= 55°
