  1. The length of radius of a circumcircle of a triangle having sides 3cm, 4cm and 5cm is :
    1. 2 cm
    2. 2.5 cm
    3. 3 cm
    4. 1.5 cm
Correct Option: B

As per the given in question , we draw a figure of a circumcircle of a triangle

We know that , 3² + 4² = 5² [Pythagorean Triplet]
∆ ABC is a right angled triangle.
∠B = 90° = angle at the circumference
Since, Diameter of circle = 5 cm
∴ Circum-radius = 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5 cm
