⇒  a2 + b2 + 4c2 – 2a – 2b + 4c + 3 = 0
⇒  a2 – 2a + 1 + b2 – 2b + 1 + 4c2 + 4c + 1 = 0
⇒  (a – 1)2 +(b – 1)2 + (2c + 1)2 = 0
∴  a – 1 = 0 ⇒ a = 1;
b – 1 = 0 ⇒ b = 1;

2c + 1 = 0 ⇒ c = −
