For the sake of convenience, Let the number of toffees of each type bought be 99 (LCM of 11 and 9 = 99 ).
CP of first kind of 99 toffees = $ 90
CP of second kind of 99 toffees = $ 110
∴ CP of 198 toffees = $ 200
∴ SP of 198 toffees = $ 198
Loss = 200 - 198 = $ 2

Loss % =	2	× 100 = 1%
