O the basis of given details in question , we have
Total salary of 3 years = ₹(380 × 9 + 420 × 12 + 460 × 12 + 500 × 3)
Total salary of 3 years = ₹(3420 + 5040 + 5520 + 1500) = ₹15480
Average monthly salary = 15480 ÷ 36 = ₹430
∴ Amount of pension = 430 ÷ 2 = ₹215
