Correct Option: A

Both the Premises are Universal Affirmative (A-type).
All dogs are books. ↔ All books are pictures.
A + A ⇒ A-type of Conclusion “All dogs are pictures.”
This is Conclusion I.
Conclusion IV is Converse of the second Premise.
