Correct Option: B

First Premise is Universal Affirmative (A-type).
Second Premise is Universal Negative (E-type).
All men are employed. ↔ No employees are professionals.
A + E ⇒ E-type of Conclusion. ‘‘No man is professional.’’
This is Conclusion II.
