ANALOGY means corresponding, in this chapter on analogy a pair of related figures is provided and a similar relationship is to be established between two other figures by selecting from a set of alternative figures.

Examples of Analogy:

Ex. 1- Select a suitable figure from the Answer Figures that would replace the question mark (?) from question figure.

The outer most element reduces its side and inverted. The middle element moves 90 degree anti – clock wise and moves to outer side and the inner one moves to middle position at 45 degree anti clock wise.

The upper left element becomes the lower outer element, the outer part of the upper right element becomes the lower –inner element and the symbol inside the upper right element remains in its place, the lower –inner element becomes the upper left element, the lower outer element becomes the outer part of the upper –right element.
