Direction: In each question below is given a statement followed by two assumption numbered I and II. An assumption is something supposed or taken for granted. You have to consider the statement and the following assumption and decide which of the assumption is implicit in the statement.

  1. Statement:
"There should be no screening of film Kohram until further decision."--A High Court order.
    Assumptions:
    I. People abide by the decision of High Court.
II. Kohram is an objectionable movie.
    1. if only assumption I is implicit.
    2. if only assumption II is implicit.
    3. if either I or II is implicit.
    4. if neither I nor II is implicit.
    5. if both I and II are implicit.
Correct Option: A

When the High Court passes an order, it assumes I. II is not implicit because the court has merely assumed that the film is controversial. Whether it is objectionable will be established only when the decision is finally taken.
