- 45 years, 25 years
 - 50 years, 20 years
 - 47 years, 23 years
 - 50 years, 25 years

Correct Option: B
Suppose the age of son = P years
∴ Age of the father = 70 – P
According to question ,
After 10 years , 2 ( age of son + 10 years ) = ( Age of the father + 10 years )
After 10 years , 2 (P + 10) = 70 – P + 10
⇒ 2P + 20 = 80 – P
⇒ 2P + P = 80 – 20
⇒ 3P = 60
| ∴ P = | = 20 years | 3 |
The age of son = 20 years
Age of Father = 70 - P = 70 - 20 = 50 years
