The sentence is in Simple Present Tense. (Active)
If the Active Verb is in the Imperative Mood, the word let is placed at the beginning, in the Passive Voice.
Passive of Infinitives is done by retaining to followed by be and the Past Participle form of the Verb.
This sentence can be changed into Passive in another way also, which is as follows :
