June 21, 2018Though the drink was invented by John Pemberton, it was his book-keeper Frank Robinson, who came up with the iconic name "Coca-Cola".
Interestingly, it was initially marketed as a drink that "relieves exhaustion" and the drink during that time in 19th century even contained a small amount of cocaine!!
It is by far the most popularly and widely consumed beverage globally. But, even today two countries- North Korea and Cuba, the two communist countries don't allow sale of Coca-Cola.
