From above given graph , we can see that
Appeared candidates = 45000 and Qualified candidates = 9000
percent of candidates qualified from States B = 16%
percent of candidates qualified from States D = 21%
total percent of candidates qualified from States B and D = (16 + 21)% = 37%
And percent of candidates appeared from State C = 8%

Required ratio =total percent of candidates qualified from States B and D together out of 9000
percent of candidates appeared from State C out of 45000

=37% of 9000
8% of 45000

=3330= 37 : 40
