The full form of HSC is Higher Secondary Certificate or Higher Secondary School Certificate. it is also known as intermediate or+2 examination. HSC exam public taken by students of the intermediate college of Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India(mainly in the states of Gujarat, Kerala, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Goa.)
HSC examination structure differs from board to board.
In India, the HSC exam has a different board like the U.P board, Bihar board, CBSE board, ICSE board, NIOS, etc.
HSC exam pattern is subjective and it is conducted once a year, NIOS board conduct HSC exam twice a year.
