The full form of LFT is Liver Function Test. it is a type of blood test, it provides information about the liver disorder.
It is also known as the Hepatic panel test. LFT measures the level of enzyme and protein excreted by the liver in the human body like:
Bilirubin
Albumin
Total protein
Alanine aminotransferase (ALT)
Alkaline phosphate (ALP)
Aspartate aminotransferase (AST)
Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT)
