The full form of AIAA is the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. It is one of the leading and professional society for the field of aerospace engineering. It was founded on 31 January 1963 by the merger of two societies the American Rocket Society and the Institute of the Aerospace Sciences. it has more than 30,000 members from 91 countries and 95 corporate members.
