Correct Option: A

From Statement I,
D + E = 14 x 2 = 28
From Statement II,
A + B + C + D + E + F = 4 x 50 = 200
(A + B + C + D + E + F)/6 = 28 + 200/6
= 228/6 = 38
∴ Statement I and II are sufficient to answer the question.
