FAR =	Total built up area
	Plot area

Total built up area in option 1 = (coverage area) × (no. of floors) = (100 × 50 × 0.6) × (5) = 15000
Total built up area in option 2 = (coverage area) × (no. of floors) = (100 × 50 × 0.5) × (4) = 10000
Plot area is common for both options = 100 × 50 = 5000m²
